I am a success story and I truly never thought I would ever be here but Natalia understood what I was trying to accomplish and found a way to help me. She began to teach me ways in which I could focus on finding myself again and not allowing the eating disorder to define me. I went from constantly worrying about my body size and what or how much I was eating to enjoying a positive, happy relationship with food. I also like that the whole approach builds on raising awareness and mindfulness.
Natalia has demystified so many things for me and completely altered my previously broken and unhealthy relationship with food. She equips you with methods for overcoming the inevitable day-to-day challenges that arise when it comes to pursuing a life of healthy eating. Provided mental tools and framework helped me to work my way out of bad habits. I cannot thank and praise Natalia enough for her hard work over the past 3 months. My mind and brain have truly been re-wired and changed for the better. Not only have I gained insights into eating disorders and binge eating recovery methods, I have also learned how to manage my thoughts and feelings in general. The coaching and techniques which Natalia provided can be used throughout the future, whether it be for controlling an urge to binge, or processing how you feel about a sad event for example.

Although I had tried so many things to stop binging and thought that I knew it all. I didn’t.
The approach Natalia has, her wisdom, and knowledge have really helped me to understand myself, my habits, and my eating disorder better. This way I learned how to cope with certain situations and thoughts that led to binge eating and more. It is not a quick fix and after these 3 months, I am not completely binge-free. But I have come a long way. Right now my binges are not crazy out of control, I know what I am doing, that I have a choice and I am aware of my behaviour. The hardest part for me is not letting food dictated my worth. This is still a work in progress. It is a little scary to continue this path on my own now. But with the tools, tips, and loving words of Natalia I am confident of keeping on growing in this journal towards self-love and peace with my body and food.
Natalia has everything that I was looking for in a Binge Recovery Coach. She has personal experience, she is a Nutritionist and a Neuro Scientist. Her knowledge and straight-forward approach were exactly what I needed. She has provided me with a lot of tools and guidance to make me stronger on my binge-free journey. I have been dealing with binge eating episodes for more than 35 years so this is not an easy fight, but with Natalia’s support, I was able to see things much more clearly, identify the cues and come up with a plan. I have shifted my mindset and now I know that my long-term goal is to be binge-free and healthy and not to restrict, label foods, and track calories.

The modules and pdf documents were fantastic! I learned (and I’m still learning) a lot about myself and how BED works in the brain. That helped me understand that bingeing is a separate thing from me as a person. The live sessions on Facebook were helpful. I felt like I had enough time to think of a question and I could watch it again later.
I think you are a very good coach. I like the overall approach, it makes a big sense to me. I did not progress as I wished to, but I think that s more of my fault. It s also been a very challenging year in general and I think depression is also making it hard, but no excuses. I still want to move forward very knowledgeable coach opened to experiments, and always coming up with new ideas. I feel like I’ve extended my toolbox a lot. I also like openness to alternatives (opened to talk about psychedelics, medicine, etc). I like how knowledgeable you are when it comes to nutrition (glucose spikes, hunger signals…kind of didn’t think about those before).
I am so glad I took a chance and joined this coaching program. I came out of each session feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulder again. I am now equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to live my life without worrying about what should I eat next. I feel like I’m finally taking the driver’s seat in my life. Food doesn’t control me.

As well as completely rebuilding my relationship with food, the course has also helped me completely transform my outlook on life and daily lifestyle. From the 1-to-1 calls, it always felt like Natalia was fully engaging and thinking about the best way to go about the issue I was posing. I was consistently learning new things that all built together to create one bigger picture. I began the course with my life completely dominated by my relationship with food – thinking about it constantly and feeling completely out of control near any food, using it as a reward, punishment, and distraction from any emotion I was feeling. That has almost completely gone now and I feel incredibly well equipped with the workbook and notes from the videos to recognise and deal with any emotionally driven food-related impulses. The combination of insights from the pre-recorded videos and personalised nudges from Natalia in the live calls helped immensely.
Praise God I have been gifting with a real shift in my thinking since working with Natalia here on Bingeproof Brain. My 20+ years in 12 steps gave me spiritual recovery and a better way of life BUT I could NOT GET ‘abstinence’. For me, some understanding of my brain processes (biochemical, primal, logic) has relieved me of feeling like a FAILURE for my compulsion to binge eat.

Natalia is a thoughtful coach who approached my problems with binge eating from a different perspective than I had previously experienced. I am naturally quite skeptical and struggled to believe that I could be rid of my 5-year eating disorder within this 3-month program. Over the course of 12 sessions, Natalia guided and empowered me to recover from this disorder and the constant mental struggle that accompanied it. Having Natalia by my side gave me an invaluable accountability partner that prompted me and equipped me with skills and tools that I will use for the rest of my life. I still can’t believe that I have reached this point in my journey and I am so grateful to Natalia for helping me get here. I had such a good experience with Natalia. I did not feel policed at all, especially due to the frequency of our meetings, and I felt as though the progress was very client-based instead of the client being put on a pre-decided timeline. I was able to work through the workbook and videos at my own pace which created a stress-free environment and all the homework given was very manageable and helpful. I also really liked the weekly check-ins as they forced me to take a moment to reflect on the past 7 days and from this reflection I was able to prepare for the upcoming week.
